Do not use the Horde version of Crest of Lordaeron, which sends you to Undercity. The same beta guide assigns Light’s Justice, The Wrath of Rath’mael, The New Plague, A Frightened Request and Unending Torment to Horde; they are excluded from this Alliance checklist.

Old Ironforge Incursion preparation: Beldin Steelgrill at Steelgrill’s Depot, Dun Morogh offers A Visitor to Dun Morogh, leading to Earthseer Farsen. Player reports describe Farsen’s Watch → Nip ’Em in the Bud, then a Dark Iron Map from the spy captain inside a house in the spy area. The item starts Underground Map; return it to Farsen for the dungeon quest. Reports differ about the exact intermediate sequence and whether the earlier steps are mandatory: the map turn-in is the documented immediate prerequisite. Alba Fairmoon is documented in Westfall, but her initial pickup coordinates were not established by the sources retrieved. NPC record ↗ The chain starts by sampling the Jansen Stead and Molsen Farm wells; those are objectives, not verified Alba locations. First quest ↗ Some databases show the dungeon stage as item-started, while the wiki names Alba as giver. Complete her chain and obtain the explosives before travelling to the dungeon; do not assume they are a random dungeon drop.

Shard follow-up: use the shard → speak to Sputtervalve in Ratchet → Falla Sagewind, hut on the mountain above Wailing Caverns → accept In Nightmares → Mathrengyl Bearwalker in Darnassus for the Alliance completion. Leaders of the Fang and Serpentbloom are Horde quests in Classic. Their presence in a Forever database with a blank faction field does not establish Alliance access. They are excluded pending an in-game confirmation of a change.

Paladin preparation for both Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep: at level 20, follow The Tome of Valor through Duthorian Rall in Stormwind Cathedral → Daphne Stilwell in Westfall, defend Daphne, return to Rall, then visit Jordan Stilwell outside Ironforge for The Test of Righteousness. The Book of Ur, Deathstalkers in Shadowfang and Arugal Must Die are excluded: their established quest givers are Horde, and no reliable evidence of an Alliance conversion was found.
